Review: Bobo by Moses Sia

Bobo is a sweet easy read about a girl dancing and eating. What’s not to love? Author and illustrator Moses Sia manages to teach us not only the history behind a foreign dish but how to make it as well. The fun mixed media illustration style shows Bobo and family as cartoons within our real world. A nice relaxed read that might just spark a grocery store trip to make your new favorite desert.

Moses is from Singapore and has been an educator for many years both in Singapore and Indonesia. His passion is for encouraging the creativity in each of us and enjoys exploring his own creativity too, in writing and illustrating, among other things.
